Please have the following documents ready for your rental home application:

• Last two months’ pay stubs
• Photo of valid ID for individuals aged 18 and above
• Rental application (Download .pdf below)

Every person over 18 years old must fill out a rental application, submit their ID,  pay stubs, and cover the application fee.
